The Government of Pakistan announces holidays when the cases of corona increases in the country. The cases of corona increased like a rapid-fire all over the world due to which different countries take strict action to stop the spread of the virus and announced Lockdown. After being in the situation of lockdown for six months the Government of Pakistan finally decided to open educational institutes with full SOP's in the month of  September 2020 .  Many universities continued their classes online, but schools and colleges in Pakistan decided to conduct proper classes, with full SOP's issued by the government.  Despite all schools put great effort in providing best quality studies ...

Tips To Improve Immune System


 
It is very necessary to boost our immune system as the function of our whole body depends on it. But so many questions arise when we give attention to find the ways that help us in improving our immune system. We can boost our immune system by following some simple tips. 

1. Adequate Sleep

Good sleep helps us to boost our immunity. We all need must to take 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily in order to make our body healthy and ready for all regular activities. If a person doesn't take care of his/her sleeping hours he/she may face health issues. So, to avoid health issues and to have a good immunity system we all must have to take a nap for at least 6 to 8 hours.

2. Eat Healthy Diet

Make it a habit to eat healthy if you want your body to have an immune system which helps you to fight against the diseases. The food which helps you to boost up your immunity are green vegetables, citrus fruits, dairy products, meat, and seasonal fruits and vegetables are also very essential for better health.

3. Exercise Regularly

Daily exercise helps the body to stay healthy as it prevents a person's body to be affected by harmful bacterias and viruses. Exercise helps a person to reduce stress and pain, and create a feeling of pleasure. By exercising daily, a person makes his/her body ready to fight against different diseases and able to improve the immunity system.

4. Avoid Smoking and Alcohol 

Smoking is injurious to health and drinking alcohol puts a negative and lefts harmful effect on a person's body. For a healthy body having a good immune system, a person must have to avoid drinking alcohol and also smoking. As the body, which consumes alcohol and tobacco becomes very weak and the immune system of the body doesn't cooperate in making the body fight against viruses and bacteria in surroundings. So for improving your immune system it is necessary to avoid alcohol and tobacco.

5. Stay Hydrated

A hydrated body has the ability to improve the immunity of the person. A person must need to take at least 2 to 2 and a half-liter of water in order to stay hydrated. As most of the people don't pay attention to adopt ways that help them to stay hydrated, as a result, their immune system doesn't cop up to stay healthy.
6. Avoid Stress

Many of the health issues arise when a body takes lots of stress. Stress is the main reason which causes the immune system of the body to lack. Not only the immune system of the body lack by taking stress but also other health-related problems start arising in the human body. So we must need to avoid stress to boost up the immune system.
